At Old Carrick Mill Distillery, we blend age-old Irish traditions with modern methods to craft spirits rich in heritage and unique flavours.

Our master distiller handcrafts each spirit with the finest ingredients and naturally filtered spring water from the renowned limestone of Co. Monaghan.

 I founded the distillery in 2014, driven by a lifelong passion for Irish spirits and inspired by the rising craft movement I witnessed in Seattle. 

Three years later, after all our hard work, we sold our first bottle—becoming the first distillery in Co. Monaghan in 157 years.
